The Bracelet

This is a story about a girl named Charisse who's great grandmother goes missing. No one knows how or if she died, only that she is missing. Everyone assumes she's dead because she was very old. There is only one thing she left: a quickly scrawled note that says, "The bracelet goes to Charisse." Charisse is given a hideous charm bracelet that she doesn't really want. It is only later that she learns that each charm is magical and has a different "ability". She also quickly discovers that many people would do anything to get it.

Through out the story we will learn what the charms can do and what happened to Charisse's Great Grandmother.
