Reflections of Insanity

Four sons have gathered together at their mother's home for the first time in many years. The reason for their reunion is far from a happy one. Their father has been brutally murdered. The killer has been caught and sentenced to death. In a very controversial decision, one of the sons has the opportunity to execute the killer. The family must decide if they can, or should take this responsibility. If they do decide to take the ultimate revenge, who will carry it out? Who would want to?

I see the mother's house set somewhere in the south. The boys do not have much of a relationship with each other, but each one has a strong attachment to their mom. This is a book about coming home, reacquainting with family and themselves.

Dan Baker is the middle son who we meet at the beginning of the book. he is the only named character so far.

How will the sons get along? They have to decide if they are capable of taking another person's life. If so, how do they decide who carries it out? How was there father killed? Did they have any relationship with the killer? As always, plenty of questions that need answering and only you can decide what happens next.
